Thermal and Energy Equipment and Installation Cleaning
NOVOMATIK HEM DOO is a leading domestic company in the chemical cleaning of thermal and thermal-power equipment and installations.
On our own or together with other established domestic companies, we have successfully carried out major projects at TENT, RB Kolubara and NIS, as well as for the foreign companies RAFAKO and Energotechnika Energorozruch (Poland), SIM (Italy) and CB&I Lummus (USA).
All cleaning work is performed according to adopted domestic and international standards and recommendations, and based on our own experience and developed technologies.
We have the equipment and technologies to carry out the following work:

Pre-operational cleaning and passivation of medium and high-pressure steam boilers. The procedure follows the international VGB R513 recommendations and covers the removal of grease, dust, corrosion products, welding scale and other impurities from new tube surfaces before the boiler is put into operation, as well as passivation of the cleaned surfaces to form a compact protective layer that is the basis for further magnetite formation during operation. The chemical treatment can be carried out on the complete boiler after assembly or on parts of the tube system before installation.

Chemical cleaning of medium and high-pressure steam boilers to remove deposits formed during operation. This procedure also follows the international VGB R513 recommendations and covers the removal of water scale, corrosion products and other impurities formed on the heat-exchange surfaces of the water and steam space during boiler operation. After the deposits are removed, the cleaned surfaces are passivated to form a compact protective layer that is the basis for further magnetite formation.

Chemical cleaning of smaller thermal-power and thermal-engineering facilities on the water side, removing deposits of carbonate, silicate and sulfate composition or iron oxides:
