DESCRIPTION

NOVOHIB 103 by its composition is the multicomponent inhibitor with components for anticorrosion protection of structural materials that come into contact with water and is especially designed for systems containing steel, zinc, copper or their alloys. Present components are in such relation to each other to provide a synergistic effect. It also contains dispersing agents for preventing lime scale formation-deposits of earth alkaline metals on the surfaces of the heat exchange.

SCOPE OF USE

It is used for anti corrosion protection and antiscaling:

Open circulation cooling system (systems with cooling tower or evaporative condensers)
The air humidifying systems ,
Closed cooling system,
Systems for the production of "chilled" water,
Compressor stations cooling systems,
Pump stations cooling systems,
Turbines condensers.

Especially recommended for use in systems containing steel, copper, zinc and their alloys.

PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

DOSAGE: 200 g / m3za initial dosing (passivation)

DOSING INSTRUCTIONS

The inhibitor is dosed as delivered.

First dosing to perform the passivation of the system is dosed in a concentration of 200 g / m3.

It is necessary to install a water meter to the intake supply line system and to track the amount of added water with respect to which the inhibitor is added in a concentration of 100 g / m3, which means that to each added 10 m3 of raw water ought to be dosed 1 kg of the inhibitor.

The dosage is done manually .

Due to the continuous evaporation sometimes occurs the "thickening" of water , so it is necessary at least once a year complete emptying of the system .

During emergency system discharge and a need for system dry for some time, it remains protected from oxygen corrosion for a period of at least 30 days.

TOXICITY

Concentrations that are recommended are not toxic either for humans or livestock. It does not affect chemical and biological processes of wastewater treatment. It does not favor microbiological growth neither within the system nor in the effluent.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

It is recommended to store indoors at 10 ¸ 30 ° C. Freezing I reconstituting of the agent does not affect its continued application . The manufacturer guarantees the accuracy of the product within 12 months from the date of delivery.

ECOLOGY AND MEASURES

Take all necessary precautions when handling chemicals of poor acidic character. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
