At air conditioning systems
1. Preparation of cooling towers for cooling season
- Dismantling, chemical cleaning and fixing systems for spraying and nozzles. If necessary, design of new nozzles and filling those missing
- Disassembly, cleaning PVC fill of cooling towers (honeycomb) and refitting or replacement of PVC fill filled with lime stones with new PVC fill
- Washing of baths and tower walls and and repairing damages to the baths and walls
- Acid cleaning of drop eliminators and air distributers
- Putting into operation of equipment for water softening, treatment of water by inhibitors and biocide and control of water and sludge removal,
- If necessary acid washing of the complete cooling installation
2. Preparing of the cooling parts of the chiller for cooling season
- Chemical and / or mechanical cleaning of the water side of the chiller evaporator and condenser
- Chemical cleaning of the water-air exchanger in the air conditioning chambers from water and air sides
At ammonia refrigeration system
1. Preparation of evaporative condensers
- Dismantling, chemical cleaning and fixing systems for spraying and nozzles. If necessary, design of new nozzles and filling those missing
- Acid washing of the tube bundle by inhibited acid solution, walls and baths of ammonia towers
2. Preparation of water-cooled compressors
- Chemical flushing of oil cooler
- Chemical flushing of compressor heads -cooled by water.
- If necessary, rinsing of the entire distribution installation.
